Amy at Tan on the Blvd in Parker CO has exceptional customer service. She took the time I needed and didn't make me feel rushed when I had many questions and she had a full lobby of people. She always is friendly and greets you with a smile. Thanks Amy - we need more people in customer service like you :

Just an ok custom spray tan, heels were pretty orange. I was pretty sticky and the cosmetic layer was heavy.

I had only been to one other tanning business and the experience was left me never wanting to go back to any other establishment. However I needed it before a trip at the end of the summer so I looked at more places. I reached out to Tan on the Boulevard via the website and Amy responded in less than 12 hours. She addressed all of my concerns about being completely new to the process.

She helpfully explained how it worked, what I would need to do prior to my trip, and assured me they would help me along the way, all without being condescending or patronizing. Amy put me at ease and made me feel comfortable going in. I met her the next day and she was just as kind as on the phone. She explained everything so I felt comfortable using the beds.

Even better, the treatment I received was emulated by every other employee. All of them were so helpful and kind every time. Sometimes great service can be just one employee, but not at Tan on the Boulevard. They are able to make newbies like me to experienced customers feel at ease and always treated with the the utmost respect. I highly recommend choosing them to experience the quality high speed beds and their superior service, you will not be disappointed.

I went in yesterday for the first time for an airbrush spray tan and I was lucky enough to have Amy do my tan. I've had airbrush tans before, but have never dealt with someone so experienced, knowledgeable and kind doing my tan. The salon itself was great, front desk staff was super friendly and the room where I received my spray tan was clean and exactly as I expected. Amy's level of customer service was outstanding, too.

I felt so comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. She really seem to enjoy making others look good and feel good about themselves. She was a real joy. This experience convinced me that I need to buy one of their packages for the Summer. Looking forward to my next visit!

This tanning place wasn't very clean, run down. The bed I was in for 15min didn't even get hot or make me pink. The prices were average $20 higher each membership for lesser quality beds compared to much nicer tanning salons.

Been indoor tanning for about 14 years now, discovered this location about 3(ish) years ago and have been coming ever since. I look for high quality beds at an affordable price and honestly no other salon beats Tan On the Boulevard. They ONLY have high powered, high quality beds and their prices are SUPER reasonable! For ex, I pay around $59/month for a level 2, which in all honesty their level 2 beds are comparable to level 3 at most other salons which usually runs around 70-80 a month.

I've been tanning here for 10 years, although i don't know why. For the last 2 years I've been getting spray tanned and 99% of the time it's done poorly. I finally found a girl who does a great job so I schedule my tan when I know she'll be working. Today I went in & she was there but she wasn't allowed to spray me. I was told management wouldn't allow it in order to give others a chance to spray.?

I used the same solution as last time, which stops developing after 3 hours. I rinsed after 3 hours and I was the same color as before. The girl I like was willing to have me go back so she could spray me this time but her manager advised I need to wait over night for the solution to continue to developing Very insulting to tell me this after using the product that stops developing after 3 hours! This place is clearly about money NOT customer service! Shame on me for continually to give them so many chances!

Today i went to the Centennial location for the first time. What a breath of fresh air! The young woman at the counter was top notch and couldn't have been any better of an employee. She was just what you hope to find when going into any business. The salon was nice and clean and comfortable! I left At the Beach (thankfully) and found a quality tanning salon! Thanks!

I have found one person that works here that understands what "customer service" is, and that's Devon. She is kind, knowledgeable, explains how the store operates and is the best at spray tanning. I hope the owner knows what a great person she/he has representing the store. Devon (hope I'm spelling her name correctly) is one of the reasons I haven't completely given up on this salon. These stars are for her, not the salon.

I went to use the versa spa, which i've used before at 'At the Beach' and the nozzle didn't even spray the tanning solution - I tried to get my money back and the front desk employee charged me again, and then proceeded to tell me she doesn't know how to do a refund and i'll need to wait until her manager is in on Monday (and it's a Saturday ). Point being - don't trust their versa spa and their customer service is below par at best.

Went in today for the free tan they are offering members and won't be going back. the girls have only one computer to work with which caused a huge line, both before and after me; y'all have flags around the whole block to advertise and aren't prepared for a busy saturday morning. i wanted a versa sunless tan, was taken back to a dirty room and the girl just gathered the towels from the floor and left them in the chair of the room. the lotion bottle for your hands and feet was basically empty, had to take the pump out and shake the bottle, which isnt exactly sanitary. there are no instructions in the room of any kind and the girl who took me back didn't explain anything expect how to start the machine. wasn't given a time to wait before showering afterwards either, i waited for four hours and literally watched my tan wash away down the drain:/

Great staff, clean beds, goggles, towels and wipes. They are always willing to help you find the best bargain for their services. With a 5 Star rating you can guess they are highly recommended. I recently used the Parker location and the same hold true at this location too. Great staff, clean beds, goggles, towels and wipes.

Workers are extremely rude and unprofessional. Tried/still trying to get a refund on behalf of THEIR mistake. Owner won't return any of my calls and when I ask to speak to a manager they are pretentious brats about the situation

They finally got a VersaSpa spray tan machine, but you need an appointment to use it. I haven't encountered any other tanning salon that requires this. It is a ridiculous policy that completely mitigates the supposed convenience of the VersaSpa. The employees are all high school girls and not very nice either. I definitely will not be coming back here.

Received my first tan here for a wedding and it looked amazing. Wish I could remember the girls name (Chelsea, maybe). She was super sweet, made the somewhat uncomfortable experience of being sprayed (basically) naked very easy, and relaxing. The tan lasted a little over a week and faded pretty evenly the color looked great and I didn't have that orangey look at all. I will be going back for another one no doubt.

I specifically asked when purchasing a 3 tan package if they expired and was told by both girls at the front desk that they do not. Fast forward to today and I'm told over the phone "sorry yeah some girls say that but they expire so unless you buy another package yours are expired and can't be used." It seems a little ridiculous that your employees blatantly lie to the customers. So now I have expired tans I can't use unless I buy more - seems very convenient for Tan on the boulevard. So thank you for the lies

This is place is fantastic in so many ways, the staff is super freindly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and bright. The tanning beds are clean, very well taken care of and never have any burned out bulbs. It is the best tanning salon I have ever tanned in, and I have been tanning for over 15 years.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Quick. Extra goodies in the rooms for you too! I dig their clothing items, jewelry and sunglasses as well!

I go here for spray tans & can say I am a satisfied customer. I've only dealt with 1 spray tech, Chelsea who is by far AMAZING! They don't have a machine that sprays you, just a person with a very cold airbrush gun. Getting sprayed in your underwear by a complete stranger but Chelsea was very professional and made me feel really at ease. She's also super knowledgeable about the process and how to obtain the best results.

She was never in a hurry and was super friendly even though I was her last customer. The girl at the desk was great as well! You can tell the management really knows how to hire the right people. Great place, great staff!

This place is great! The staff are nice and so not pushy for monthly membership or updates. They have good pricing and usually have deals going on. Clean. No long waits.

Great location! The online scheduling for spray tans is fantastic, you can easily find those last minute appointments. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Also, their spray tan solution is one of the best I have come across. I will continue to go there for my spray tans.

Great service, the gals are friendly and always helpful. The salon is clean and the beds seem to be well maintained. I rarely have to wait for a bed and they have many levels/bed to choose from which is nice. Prices are great even when you choose month to month options to avoid being locked into a contract. I haven't tried their sunless custom airbrush yet but I have a friend who raves about that service as well!
