Nice salon with great stylists. They are too pricey though, raising prices quite often. I realize COVID has caused businesses to lose money for a few months, however to take it out on the patrons is not the answer. Unfortunately, I am going to have to find a new salon. I can not keep paying such high prices. I've already had to go from my senior stylist to a junior because of the high prices.

When I started going there over two years ago, the senior stylist was charging less than the junior is now. I will keep going until I find a new place because I do like their stylists.

Always a pleasure! Staff was attentive, pleasant and very talented. Individual attention is given with personalized consultations before any service. Pleasant clean work areas. Knowledgeable efficient staff who always strive to make each client happy and beautiful!

I have been coming to Tekniques for a few years now. I would never trust anyone else with my hair! Linda is amazing and always gives me the best cut and color. They also did my hair and makeup for my wedding, along with my entire bridal party. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Was a client here for a little while at their old location. Felt like they were always pushing unnecessary extras like glazes/toners and events and products. Maybe the base prices are ok but they will up-sell. Eventually didn't feel like a valued customer when they called to reschedule a couple of appointments last minute (once when I was on my way over) and once when they pawned me off on a hair washer (new stylist?) to do my blow out. I've had better service at better prices without the pressure.

Every stylist here is a friendly, professional, talented artist! My hair has never looked better or been this healthy. I love this salon.

The owner Patty is the sweetest person/owner ever and if you get her to do your hair you're lucky because her schedule is always packed for weeks especially for the weekend! I've been going to Nicole for a while now and I can honestly say she is the ABSOLUTE BEST! you get what you pay for! and their services are worth every penny. Yes it is a salon so they try and recommend "up-sale" products that they think will benefit your hair growth, color, etc however if you aren't interested just say NO.

I've never once felt "Pressure" and all of the products I've purchased have been exceptional and they really do last! I always joke around with Nicole to say one day when I win the lotto I am going to steal her for myself : always leave the salon feeling amazing.

I met with the owner, Patty, on Friday night. She sat with me and talked to me about my expectations and what kind of hair cut and style I was looking for. While she was cutting my hair she was explaining what she was doing and when she was drying my hair she told me all the tekniques I needed to style my hair as she was doing it. What was especially nice was the gift package that was given to me to use towards that haircut and some in the future. Patty made me feel very special and I can't wait to go back. I highly recommend Tekniques Salon.

This is what a salon is supposed to be! Appointment with Sharen on July 21, 2018 for a hair cut and blow out. Sharen is a "junior" at this time so I was expecting an OK haircut. Well this is the best flippin haircut I have had in a long long time (i'm nearly 50 so that's a lot of hair cuts lol). Her skills were not Junior. Sharen did exactly as I requested - which to me is rare.

She had a great personality - warm, friendly without being overly chatty. It doesn't happen very often that I booked a follow up but I did. The shampoo person was Alex. I got a scalp massage with my shampoo and condition. No I'm not kidding. It was fab! The young lady that checked me in at reception was a delight. She offered me coffee, cupcakes, ice cream. she took my info and gave me a welcome packet. just a great experience. Oh, and the salon was spotless clean - also not something you see all the time. Please give Tekniques a try. I will certainly be back.

Hair updo by Melissa and makeup by Alex. Both of them were super nice. Originally i was going for a half up half down hair but i didnt like the look. Melissa respected my choice and redid my hair last minute. Alex did my makeup, it was heavier than im use to. but it looks great in photo.

I have short hair with a difficult texture to handle. Linda was experienced enough to know what would work and what wouldn't. She took the time to talk to me about what I wanted and was happy to review pictures with me for ideas. She cut my hair with precision into a style that's easy for me to manage on my own. Prices are reasonable and staff are very friendly and accomodating. I'm happy that I gave Tekniques a try. The atmosphere is relaxed, the location is convenient, and I look forward to my cuts each month!

Best salon I've been to. The atmosphere in the salon is always pleasant and warm and the staff are all so polite. The staff is all extremely knowledgeable about hair, hair products, etc. The staff also is required to go to different events in order to get up to date information on hair care. The new location looks beautiful (located on 18 south by Stop and Shop).

I come home from Brooklyn in order to get my color every month or so. If you want to stop by for your first time, I believe that they also offer a discount. The salon is not cheap, but it is definitely worth every penny!

First time at the salon. Had Jasmine who is a master stylist who spent time with me for a detailed consult and ended up getting a cut and Demi gloss. Amazing work and very happy with result. Great personality, awesome location and friendly staff.

I can not say enough wonderful and amazing things about Tekniques. From the entire staff to Patti the amazing owner. Caring, compassionate, professional and extremely talented describes everyone who works there. More salons should follow Tekniques lead.

This salon is the greatest. I've been a loyal customer there for years and you really cannot go wrong with ANY of their stylists. Patti the owner is not only knowledgeable about the latest hair trends, but she's constantly educating her team, which is great for people looking to stay on the cutting edge. As well, from the moment you come into this clean modern salon you are made to feel like a valuable customer.

Their up-dos are AMAZING and ladies looking for that extra special hair style that will grab attention, this is the place to get it. They constantly run promotions and hair boot camps. They are smart about how they explain the wonderful array of products out there for hair and always listen when you ask from something specific. Customer service is top notch and so is their work. Tekniques is a fantastic salon and I can't imagine going anywhere else for my hair.
