I've been going to Trenz for many years and wouldn't trust my locks to anyone else. The colorists and stylists are top notch. The salon is spotlessly clean and the staff - from the front desk to the washers - are knowledgeable and friendly. There's no need to ever go anywhere else. Quality starts here!

If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. I was lied to about the kind of application of extensions that were performed/advertised by a stylist and yet the stylist will not admit to this but will change her Instagram bio to reflect this. Above all of this the hair extensions looked fine when leaving the salon but less than 3 weeks later the color does not match and it is incredibly obvious extensions are in.
I saw another stylist with experience in the extensions I was seeking who let me know that after 3 weeks the extensions that were applied were on the verge of falling out. I attempted to speak with a manager who would not listen to me when expressing my concerns and was very rude and defensive before I was able to explain my situation. If anyone is looking for hair extensions I caution you to stay away.
