True Colors Hair Salon

I've been visiting this salon for over six years, and have always been treated well by the staff. I am one of those that know absolutely nothing about hair and so I typically trust the stylist to help me 'look good.' I normally visit Aaron when I get a cut/color, and I have never been disappointed. Since COVID, I started making an appointment for my daughter there as well, and they (pretty much the entire staff) tend to spoil her!

Just this past week she received a cut from Kelsey, and of course she managed to mention that her birthday was within a week, and so Heather gave her a gorgeous braid. You can see from the photos how happy she is with the treatment she received. So yes, we will continue to give our business to this lovely and talented staff!

I regularly go here for cut and color. Aaron is the best and I've been to a ton of local salons. He's done fun colors, natural colors and my current platinum. As for haircuts he's also done edgy and classic with great results.

Love True Colors! Such a peaceful atmosphere. Heather has been taking care of my locks for many years, and now takes care of my mom's, too!

What a great experience! The salon was so clean and had a very chic atmosphere. I was greeted right away and taken back for the BEST shampoo. Kathy took the time to look through my Pinterest for ideas and offered her ideas. I have a form of alopecia and she was very helpful in suggesting the best ways to cover up the area that bothers me. Heather is the stylist of choice by our family.six of us. My daughter is often asked where she had her hair done. Heather is patient and listens, as well as skilled and innovative. She could have been a psychologist, too, but we're all grateful that she decided to see all of us regularly when we laugh and share. She's a member of the family in many ways and is a gifted professional.

This place was amazing. Kathy is the best. I just moved back into town and I have always been nervous about finding a new person to cut my hair however the moment I walked into the door all my nerves and fears were put at ease. Kathy listen to me she talk to me and she gave me the haircut that made me feel like myself again. It was by far one of the most wonderful experiences at a hair salon in a very long time. Had my first visit with True Colors for a cut and color. Heather was my stylist and did a fantastic job. I wanted to make changes with my color and wasn't sure what direction to go in and also wanted to make changes to my cut. Heather went over several options and really wanted to make sure I was happy with whatever we did. I'm very pleased with my cut and color and looking forward to having Heather as my new stylist. True Colors is the only hair salon I'll ever go to now! I've tried a few and they're mediocre at best in quality and skill in comparison, and also doesn't touch True Colors in customer service and friendliness. I've personally only had my hair done (cuts and complicated colors) by Aaron, but I don't doubt in any way that the quality is across the board based on what I've seen.

And everyone is always really friendly and warm and personable; it's a very comfortable atmosphere. They're never pushy and always do their best to do exactly what you ask for, and if you don't know, they'll help you figure it out. They'll make you a mug of coffee or tea (Keurig is there), and regularly have (often homemade) cookies or candies in the waiting area.

I've even gotten my friends and family to go, and they also don't go anywhere else anymore. We're all at least a 30 minute drive from True Colors also, but it's totally worth it. In fact, I get compliments by OTHER random stylists on my hair when I'm out and about, and they've asked me where I go (most people ask where I go, but I think it's especially notable when other hair stylists are impressed). Anyway, I can't speak more highly of it. If you're searching for a salon, seriously just go here. And no, I don't work there or am in any way related to anyone there; it's just really that awesome.

True Colors is a terrific salon with a team of professionals will make you feel special! The salon is clean and very welcoming. The staff is accommodating and welcoming. The level you would expect from any high end salon. My hair is board straight. There are many that think they can cut straight hair but they can't-- True Colors does and they did great! On top of that I had my hair colored and its terrific and makes me look even younger! Thank you True Colors
