Elana is approaching her fourth year at the White Rose Day Spa as a licensed Massage Therapist.She is a proficient in traditional (Swedish) massage, deep tissue, therapeutic massage, hot stone, bamboo, raindrop therapy (her favorite) and chakra balancing, as well an an array of body wraps and exfoliating treatments.

Horrible pedicure with my daughters. We were offered water and we were given luke warm tap water in a cracked plastic champagne flute which i had to set on the floor because the table on my chair was broken. One of my daughters tried to use the massage feature on her chair but realized it was broken after hearing the ear piercing squeal and grinding noise when she turned it on.
Mine and my other daughters chairs didn't work at all. The water was cold, the techs didn't talk. One of them took a call on her cell phone in the middle and then cried (because of personal things going on in her life) after my daughter asked her for a french tip, which made it quite awkward. All three disappeared for about 10 minutes after "wrapping" our feet with the hot towel, which only stayed on mine.
My daughters were left with cold feet exposed while they were gone. No massage, no callous removal, no nail file or buffer. When we were told it was ok to leave I questioned the length of time they had been drying and was reassured they would be fine because we chose the more expensive "gel like" polish and they didn't last 5 min before the polish was smudged and wrinkled.
The spa pedicure lasted all of about 25 min including the time they stepped away. The lady at the front desk was rude, short with us, and pushy trying to get us rung up as quick as possible. I asked about a product they had out front and it was apparently unimportant to them because it was never addressed. The price is outrageous for the both the customer service and the actual services you receive. Big disappointment since they did my hair, makeup, mani's and pedi's for myself and all my bridesmaids/jr brides for my wedding a few years back.

Went for a pedicure/manicure. Got to my appointment with another friend and thought we had scheduled 2 pedi/manicures but when we got there was told we were only scheduled for 2 pedicures.they fit me in for a manicure and I was told my feet were dry.away I went.got home and this. Now I have to go to Miami like this and find another place in Miami to get this fixed.
My friend also wanted 2 colors on her nails and she was told the girls hand wasn't that steady which I get the honesty but.then we felt rushed to get out of there. Not happy with the outcome

My Daughter was going into surgery, the day before she wanted her hair done with highlights. After calling around and being told "sure". At 4pm we were told multiple times "we don't have enough time today". (While having an appointment booked, online, for a color at 4 pm) Well, we called White Rose, they were more than happy to take her in, was it pricier? Sure.
But my daughter was so happy with how it turned out. I paid the bill and have the lovely lady a 50$ tip for her time. (Which btw only took her, a little over an hour to complete).
