CNY may not have the best spas and beauty services, but Paparazzi is a real gem, in the middle of Liverpool! Surprisingly, they also have the best waxing.ever. Just ask for Gina Marie-- she is wonderful, quick, and puts you at ease. The staff is always accomodating, and has many times squeezed me in for an appointment.
