At the age of 21, tired of making minimum wage and going to a job I dreaded every day, I enrolled in cosmetology school. I always had an interest in art, fashion and photography and wanted to apply these interests in my career. Now, some 30 years later, after hours and hours of classes and training, hairstyling has given me the opportunity to work with my hands and imagination to create the vision that the client and I conceive together. Todd had been working in the North Wilmington beauty industry for nearly 30 years when he founded Todd's in 2004. He believes that education is the key to success - in fact, he has been an active participant in continuing education classes and workshops at the Redken Exchange in New York, the Vidal Sassoon Academy in London, and a number of Goldwell color classes.
