Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Lauren styled my hair. I love it! The cut, color, wash, and style was awesome, but the conversation was better! The owner is very sweet, felt like I was with family. They offer other services, and are located right near 5 points. Check them out you won't regret it! The prices are great too! My new fam. I scheduled an appt after my steady stylist switched careers due to Covid. I have come here on and off for a very long time, it's always just an ok cut no matter what stylist I have been assigned. I told the person cutting my hair that I had not had a cut in months due to the pandemic, but she still made comments about how grown out my layers were like she was already tired of cutting my hair before even starting.

I asked her to restore my layers, but she pretty much just brought up the bottom. Half way through my cut, she declared that she hated wearing masks and took hers off. My hair didn't look too bad, just not what I asked for. I didn't want to stick around for her to breathe on me more to actually add layers. I won't be going back.

Buyer BEWARE! Even with a Groupon you will pay an additional $10 depending on length and thickness of hair, at least that was I was told and charged.

This place is quaint, cozy and professional. Daniel didn't do a great job on my fiance's hair. I wouldn't recommend Daniel. I can't speak on the other ppl working there. They do accept groupons, and seem to have a very pleasant nature about them. Check out the pics I took, And remember, if my review helped u make a better decision, then give it a like. Thank u.

I have lived in Jacksonville for over 5 years and I never found a single person who I wanted to go back to for a second haircut. I absolutely love how Daniel cuts my hair! Ive been twice with him now and I love how it always lays so well, even when I fix it on my own. He listened to my concerns and always made sure to address it and follow up to make sure I am satisfied. He takes his time and it never feels rushed like other salons. Such a great find from a quick Google search!

I just moved here days ago and was calling around getting an idea of the pricing here in Florida. Daniel answered the phone and was very friendly. I went in and the rest of the staff was just as friendly! He did a great job on my hair! Definitely repeat customer!
