I love the area, of course, everyone at the salon is pleasantly, but not overly friendly and that is a plus! I loved my hair, carlos Lugo understood what I wanted. He is an exceptional person and Hair Designer! I will return for sure. There is nothing negative about this Hair Salon experience. I will send everyone there. The shampoo Carlos gave me was amazing and that is VERY important. The color turned out how I wanted.

I was so grateful I was able to schedule an appointment at this salon only a few days prior as my usual stylist had a family emergency and was unable to get me in before an event. The salon is clean and professional. My stylist was Shaina and she was kind, professional and talented at refreshing my highlights and giving my hair a much needed trim. I'm giving 4 stars because the price I was quoted on the phone did not match the final total for my services when I checked out.

Went to this salon to get my hair platinum. Not only did they get the color completely wrong but they dyed it PURPLE. I went home with purple hair. DO NOT go here. They dont know how to dye hair and use correct color toner. Had to go back in the next day for them to do ANOTHER treatment to get out the purple tone. I later called in to get a refund as my hair was still not the color I had asked for.
I had asked for platinum blonde with a (possible if needed) silver undertone. My hair is completely grey now. Cant dye my hair again now because they bleached it so much that if I were to try and change the color it would ruin my hair. I was a light blonde when I came in wanting a white light look. My hair is now a dark grey with a purple tone. Manager was unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful when asking for my money back. Also, spent $380 on my hair when her quote was $350 AT MOST. Been to many salons this place was not a place I will ever recommend. I now look 80 when I am 23. THANKS!

Honestly I tried to be ok with this but just. how. He made me hand him the foil when he was bleaching my roots but do these roots look bleached? It's been 1 day btw, my appointment was Tuesday. My roots are very dark, the tones are all over the place (some areas are yellow brown and some are orange.) and he pulled my hair very hard, and for what? i paid $245 for this. it didn't show until I tried to do an updo, but the splotches of brown roots look gross. I'm a server and I wanted to look nice but this just looks sad. I'm never going back here.
