I had just taken a chance and got super lucky I took a chance a few months ago somewhere else and my hair turned out to be a brassy mess. It needed a correction and I left more then thrilled. I had an apt but he was kind of busy and I had a lot of "issues" he introduced me to a stylist named Fenny. I said I want my hair kind of like her color. Fenny is super patient and super good we discussed what I wanted but with an experienced eye Fenny listened and knew what I needed.
She was right, finally for the first time she got the brown/ perfect not brassy not ashy. A golden brown with highlights, the cut even better. I don't know what made me have such confidence in her but my instincts were 100% correct. Salon is nice, new, and very clean. Even the person who washed was good. I was not rushed she was super into it. Oh it felt wonderful! They use good products there is nothing negative to say. I should have taken a pic I was so happy I wasn't thinking but I will be back, definitely. What a relief to find a stylist I can sit back, relax and know she is exceptional. Very happy indeed.
