What are your cancellation policies?

Wonderful experience all the way around. Most recent visits were a 60th bday party for me and a wonderful 50th Anniversary dinner for Stella and Harvey. Great times! Service was very good, food was great as well.

I'm very particular about my haircuts and even more so about my highlights. So much so that when I first moved to Willow Glen from SF I would drive to the city to get my hair done - Until I was referred to Steve by a friend who seemed to always have the best cut. Not cookie-cutter like every other cut, but a little edgey but flattering and feminine. It's been 12 years now of people asking where I get my hair done and without reservation I send them to Steve at Gloss! In fact, for convenience I just carry a stack of his business cards in my purse now because I get stopped so often.

Gloss is a hidden gem in the heart of Downtown Willow Glen. Not only does the interior look fabulous, but it is run by a great duo, Carolyn and Steve. You can tell that they put their heart and soul into their work. You won't regret coming here!
