This was my first time here. Kay was fantastic; she took the time to really understand what I was looking for and assessed my hair in the natural light by the big front window. I was very pleased with how my hair turned out and will definitely be going back. The salon also has a very nice ambiance and several product brands to choose from.

Over a year ago I walked into Douglas Carroll with an atrocious gold hair from an inexperienced salon. They fixed me and earned my trust. Jordan touched my hair and the rest is history. I later met Sophia who now does my amazing color and cuts. To follow up, my daughter (naturally black and curly hair) has found the only person I will ever let touch her hair, Brandon. He does a platinum blonde like no one I've ever seen. They care, and it shows. Everyone there is wonderful that I've come into contact with. No one knows hair better than them- trust me! Client for life.

I have been a client of Douglas Carol for 15 + years. Dina has been styling my hair for the majority of time. Dina is amazing and keeps me coming back year after year.
