Theri is the original owner of Groom for Men. She studied at Vidal Sassoon and is a former technical director for American Crew. Recently she has written a book to accompany many technical videos making her a celebrity in the hair industry! Erica is a partner at Groom, a crucial member to our growth since the very beginning in 1999.

Clean up side burns, ears, and neck plus reshape with internal texturing, brow and ear trim and a style with product. For our existing clients. We'll cut around the ears, back of neck, hairline and hot lather shave, so you don't have to do it yourself.

Our education system is based on The American Crew Menswork Method. The Cutting courses offered with American crew were created by American Crew's Former Technical Director and Groom for Men owner, Theri DeJoode and are taught by Groom's Master Stylist Mahala DeJoode. The shave course for American Crew was created by Patti Davenport, a former Groom Director and is currently taught by Alison Rahlf, Shave Director. All Courses Taught at Groom for Men are Offered by the Following American Crew Educators Working at Groom:.
