Glycolic Acid Peel
This mild AHA peel is designed to balance oil production and stimulate new cell growth. It is especially indicated for environmentally damaged skin and mild acne scarring. The peel helps to even skin tone and texture, revealing smoother and more radiant skin.
Lactic Acid Peel
Lactic acid is a non-irritating rapid exfoliator that helps to eliminate germs, toxins, and dead cells. It is ideal for sensitive skin and stimulates new collagen and elastin production, making the skin thicker and firmer.
Mandelic Acid Peel
Mandelic peel is a superficial chemical peel that acts on the upper horny layer of skin without affecting the translucent layer. It is suitable for all skin types, including hypersensitive and delicate skin, and can be used in summer with minimal risk of after-treatment hyperpigmentation.
Salicylic Acid Peel
Salicylic acid accelerates exfoliation of the corneous layer and acts longer on the cell-desquamation process. It is primarily used for skin with acne in doses that cause little irritation, helping to loosen and clean blocked pores.
Multi-Acid Peel
This mild, multi-acid peel is designed for delicate, sensitive, or thin skin. The combination of five alpha hydroxy acids helps to gently exfoliate the skin, revealing smooth and radiant skin, and is safe to use around the delicate eye area.

Sheila is truly the Fairy Godmother of Skin! The spa is so well kept and smells so divine! Tom and Sheila are so friendly, welcoming, well informed and are true professionals! I'm so happy I found this gem in MIAMI! All of their facial treatments are incredible and their services are amazing! The products they use and recommend are of quality ingredients and has truly helped me so much in my skincare journey! Since coming here I've truly been so comfortable going outside makeup-less due to how beautiful my skin has gotten!

During the beginning of the pandemic, I developed adult acne. It was so bad that I didn't want to leave my house to go anywhere. I looked up Skin Institute because I drive by there quite often and saw the signage and decided to call Sheila and have an appointment for extractions. She was given a magical, healing power by God. My acne was literally gone two weeks after my procedure. She saved my face and I couldn't be happier with the results!
Anyone thinking of getting a procedure for their skin concerns should look no further. Sheila is a hoot too and just blessed with her knowledge about skin care. Special thanks to Tom as well. What a great place to have in Miami. I will forever be thankful to Skin Institute.
