We require 24 hours' notice for regular services and 48 hours for spa packages. Late cancellations incur fees up to 100% of service cost.

Rituals was one of the only places in town that would answer their phone and got myself and 4 boys in that same day to get our hair cut! They were very patient and gracious with me bringing in 4 boys and they did a wonderful job on each and everyone of us! I am very grateful for the kind staff! Thank you ladies!

I have Wil shampoo, cut, and shape my hair. He is efficient and professional. The salon is high-end yet not ultra-pricey. A good experience, consistently.

The girl was very pleasant but she does not know how to cut hair. I've been through cosmetology 30+ years ago and usually cut my own hair but could not right now. I figured for what was charged my hair would be nice. WRONG! Now I have to try and fix it! MY HAIR IS RUINED! $47.00 wasted.
