I was very disappointed by the massage. I told her I wanted deep tissue and she said she didn't do that on people with fibromyalgia. I told her that I knew my body and I at least wanted an intense massage. I got a rub down. Just when she gets to my neck area which is where my problems were, she says "your time is up". The next day I got a pedicure and the massage chair gave a better massage than this person did. Very disappointed!

Kelly is by far the best masseuse I have had and I have traveled and have many many before. She understands the body and did a wonderful lymphatic that most are not trained in, helped my 82 year old mom with hip pain and other friends with ailments that I sent to her. The spa smells and looks professional and fantastic and the owner and staff and truly wonderful and friendly This is the Bossier location and I am so happy they're here! I never thought of it kinda being hidden but had a gift card and went! Don't miss this gem!

Very posh salon but still down-to-earth in their friendliness and services. Katie does my hair and has really helped me in my journey with hair coloring and dealing with gray hair. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and a great hair stylist. I love Aveda products and they keep my thick, unruly curly hair healthy and manageable. Well-worth a visit!

At the Bossier location, the massage therapist had an attitude the ENTIRE time of the massage. I still tipped her but won't be back.

I always receive the best of care at Spa Concepts! On this visit, Michelle Z. went above and beyond to give me a true spa experience. Extra special touches included a bergamot oil along with scalp massage after my highlights. A perfect trim ended my experience. I'll be back!
