I'm from out of town, attending a wedding. I booked a blow dry for a few hours before the wedding. Arrived early and they told me that the stylist is running late, won't be able to do the blow dry for at least 30 minutes later than my appointment. When I asked "why didn't you call me?" they replied that they didn't know she was running late. I fully understand that things happen but at least let me know so I can make another plan. Luckily Great clips three doors down was able to accommodate me, they were really nice about it.
