This was my first time getting my hair done with Mikaela and I was super nervous because I got a bad haircut last time I got my hair done and she fixed it perfectly! This was my first time seeing Mikaela after trying to find a new hairstylist for years and being disappointed every time. Safe to say the search is over and I am so happy with how my hair turned out. Spending 4 hrs in her chair was a delight and she was so chill and is incredibly talented, and listened to exactly what I was looking for. Also, everyone else that I interacted with at this salon was super nice and it was such a great atmosphere! Just a great experience overall!

Ask for Jody at the Downingtown PA location. She is wonderful and fun and excellent at her craft! A pleasure to see her every time I make an appointment. Skilled at both short and long hair! Love her. 10/10 stars! The Staff is kind and professional and give quality services. Their Shelf of assorted hair products that you can buy a la carte are very expensive FYI.
