I asked for the bottom two inches of my hair to be white blonde. I showed a picture. But the hair stylist put blonde in my hair that goes up 5-6 inches. I stopped her several times saying I don't want half my head blonde just the bottom few inches and she assured me it would look that way at the end because of my layers but it did not look that way. I wanted my natural hair with blonde tips but instead the blonde stops at my eyeballs which is way way higher than what I asked for and I was ignored over and over again after I brought it up.
Overall my hair looks good now but it's a totally different look from what I wanted. In about a year when my hair grows out and I trim a couple inches off it will look perfect then. I will probably not go back to this salon

I have been going to Rebekah for a few years and am so happy I found her! It's always been difficult to find someone who knows how to work with my fine hair, and she nails it every time! She's always been able to fit me in her busy schedule and that's priceless! Highly recommend this salon and Rebekah!

LOVE. LOVE. LOVE This is such an amazing Salon and I don't have enough great things to say about them! I've been doing lots of research, reading lots of reviews and praying to find a salon that is both affordable and overall knows what they're doing. It's safe to say I've hit the jack pot with this place. Susie (Owner) was so friendly right as I walked through the door. I showed her pictures of the color balayage I wanted and she walked me though the color process for what routes we could take.
Everything was explained prior, in the process and after for what all she planned to do. Along with all that, she is extremely easy to talk to! If you're stuck with where to go. choose Changing Times Salon. They will indeed take care of you!

After searching a long time for the salon that fit me best, I came across Changing Times Hair Designs. The atmosphere there is so fun and relaxing. My hair always turns out amazing. They did my wedding hair and makeup and it was beyond expectations. I love going here to get my salon needs. They take their time which to me is very important! I highly recommend this salon! They are the best Salon you'll find in State College! This place is amazing and the generosity goes a long way!
