Client will receive the balance of their appointment time and be charged full price for their service. CancellationsA 24-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. A non-refundable fee equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment may be charged when no notice is given. May be used after the expiration date, however if the price of the service(s) has increased, the redeemer shall pay the difference. You may also choose to use the original dollar amount towards any service(s). 12 years or under are not allowed in the spa.
