How To Schedule Online: Select the "Book Now" button and you'll be directed to our software booking link. Follow the prompts and select the services you'd like to receive, then finalize. Should you have any questions about which service it is that you need, you can read the service descriptions. If you need further help, please contact our concierge team or ask your stylist to ensure you're scheduling correctly.

Once you have scheduled online, you may be texted and asked for an image of your current hair and your goal hair before your appointment is confirmed. This ensures plenty of time for your stylist to work their magic! If you're unsure what service is best for you, please schedule a 15 minute phone or video consultation.

We understand that things come up and we will try our best to work with you, but we ask that all cancellations or changes made to an appointment be done at a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within that window will incur a $50 minimum charge before you're able to reschedule. It happens to the best of us.
