What are your cancellation policies?
We require 48-hour notice for cancellations. Less than 48 hours notice incurs 50% service fee. First-time appointments require $100 deposit.

He a great first time experience today. Walked in and there was a bit of a mix up with my appointment but they were able to squeeze me in after 30min. I had Flora do my hair cut and blow dry and she was amazing. she talked me through my curls and how to improve them. The blow dry was done nicely and my hair feels so light and healthy. Will definitely be coming back to see Flora
