What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48-hour notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations incur a 50% charge of scheduled services.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit/debit cards with a $3 convenience fee. Cash and cheques are also accepted.
Are there student or apprentice pricing options?
Yes! Book with our apprentices or new talent stylists at discounted rates while maintaining quality service.
Can I return hair products?
Unopened products may be returned for store credit within 30 days with receipt. Exchanges are also available.
