Are appointments required?
We recommend reservations, especially for peak hours Tuesday-Friday 9am-7pm and Saturday 8am-5pm. Emergency bookings may be accommodated based on availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for appointment changes or cancellations. Missed appointments without notice will be charged for scheduled services.

EXCELLENT WORK FROM CARING PROFESSIONALS: I am in town helping my parents as they deal with late stage Alzheimer's and a broken hip. I left my home in the south and drove north without being able to see my own stylist. I called Shear Heaven based on their excellent Google reviews and wasn't disappointed. Jackie was compassionate and I suspect made time for me in a busy schedule because of my situation.
I'm so grateful for her kindness and generosity and my hair looks awesome which helps me feel better, even thought the days are pretty rough. She toned down my worn out blonde and freshened my cut. I'm here long enough that I'll be back before returning home. Thank you again!

I haven't had a haircut for over two years and she took amazing care of my precious locks! I have been going here for a few years now and I have never been happier with my hair. Jackie always takes time to teach you different techniques that she's learned and to share hair care advice. She's hilarious to chat with and everyone always compliments me on my color. I always say, "Go see Jackie, she's AMAZING". I wouldn't know what to do if Jackie were ever to stop doing hair!
