Our mission at Ladies & Gentlemen Salon and Spa is to conduct our business based on our principles. Since 1975, when Ladies & Gentlemen was a tiny space with 3 staff members, we thought of changing the world of beauty by building a staff of people who work as a team. Many of the new assistants started with our company immediately after graduating from beauty school.

Their salon and academic operations serve and nurture a network of award-winning stylists and salon professionals who are dedicated to delivering the very best of the beauty industry through education, competition, and community service.

Our salon, founded in 1975 and located on Mentor Avenue since 1989, has grown considerably. What started as a former real estate office and an auto body shop merged through architectural design into one 14,000 square foot building which houses a salon, spa, Aveda Lifestyle store and a salon just for kids.

Our spas offer you personalized world-class service at multiple levels. Staff members are promoted based on education, experience, customer service skills & retention. Prices vary accordingly. Massage can be performed by licensed Massage Therapists licensed by the State Medical Board who go to school specifically for massage/bodywork.
