We require a 24-hour notice for cancellation of any appointment. As a courtesy, we allow one "no show" per guest, after which a credit card will be required to book your next appointment. After a personal consultation, a treatment price will be determined based on your hair length. If additional product is required, a charge of $100 will be added.
