This salon is stylish and beautiful. The ambience is warm and everyone seemed friendly. Irena was my stylist. She and her assistant were extremely attentive. Despite working on other clients, as is customary, I never felt neglected nor did I feel that they forgot about me. They would check on me regularly throughout the process. I showed her a picture of a red copper balayage I wanted. She explained the process to me and was honest about sometimes needing to come back for a touch up to finalize and lock in the final true color.

When the job was done I really liked her balayage technique. Given I wanted the color a bit more red, she scheduled for me to come back for the touch up in 2 weeks. She quoted me a price for the process and that quote remained the same. This is my new salon! I highly recommend them. Others seemed just as happy with their stylists.

I wouldn't really recommend this place. I was convinced by the reviews that I should give this a chance. So I went in to dye my hair. I didn't end up with the color I originally wanted, the ends of my hair weren't toned and because of that my hair was 3 different colors. Not to mention they got some bleach on my clothes and face. I left the salon with fried hair. They barley used good products and I paid $300 for it. I ended up having to go to a different salon to get my hair re toned and chopped. Wouldn't come back.

This Salon is the best I've been to in quite a while. My previous hairdresser moved out of state about 7 years ago. I tried different salons and stylists since, but was not happy with any. I had not had a hair cut in 3years. Both of my daughters recently went to Hair Dimensions on Tuckahoe road. They both got beautiful hair styles and exceptional hair color. Nora was the stylist. I went to Nora this afternoon and I was blown away! She brought my dead and neglected hair back to life! I am so glad to have a stylist that I trust back in my life!
