Our name "Bien Soigne, " translation - Well Cared For", reflects the French attitude toward style and overall well-being. Bien Soigne began in 1997 with a mission to offer quality salon and spa services in an upscale and inviting setting. Our expertly trained staff is dedicated to providing personal attention to each client.

We continue to attract and build a staff committed to professionalism, on-going education, and building a trusted relationship with each client. Our staff rivals professionals in the cosmopolitan areas of Paris, New York, Los Angeles, and Boston. By attending regular training sessions and events, our team continues to build their knowledge and expertise in the latest trends and techniques in hair, esthetics, and body treatments.

Our new facilities, including our long-awaited Himalayan Salt Cave, are now open at 350 North Broadway in Salem, New Hampshire. Our Salon, Day Spa, and Salt Cave offer a relaxing, upscale retreat which is friendly, stress-free, and beautiful. Our treatment rooms are designed for total relaxation with soothing lighting, music, and aroma-therapy elements.

Kay Charron, founder and owner of Bien Soigne, spent several years living in Europe and visiting Paris. She noticed that the women in Paris had a unique look that was hard to describe. The French have a name for this look - Bien Soigne - which translates to "well put together" and "well cared for".
