Probably the worst customer service I've ever received. I have been cancelled on, one more than one occasion. At the very last minute. Or I've been scheduled for a service, and when I show up, the tech I was assigned to, didn't do that service. I'm patient and calm, but after the 4th last minute cancellation, I've had enough. DO NOT go to this salon if you're really depending on your nails being done for an event. For being so expensive, you would think they provide better customer service. They aren't really apologetic about having to cancel on you either. 10/10 do not recommend

I wish i could give a higher rating but the lastest experience at this salon was extremely disappointing. I had gone here to get a haircut for the first time about a week ago and absolutely loved it. The person who attended me was amazing. I though the place was great and recommended it to my mom, we set up a appointment for a full color but when we showed up they said that we had only booked enough time for a touch up.

That on its own was disappointing but what we were really upset about was how my mom walk out of the salon. Her shirt was soaking wet and she had dye and bleach all over her face. I would only recommend this salon if you book with certain stylists.

A nice place, decent service, and cool staff. Mollie always does a great job with my haircut. She is very friendly, attentive, and professional.

Nails last about a week. They do have a great color selection and their service there is great, but it is way overpriced for how short the manicure lasts. Also, they use a hand file to take previous gel off, which hurts my nails and takes them months to feel great again. If you want to go here, just get regular polish. Lasts the same amount of time, costs less, and won't destroy your nail beds.

The atmosphere at Lilli Salon and Spa is electric, cheerful, and encouraging. The service is especially fun. A place like Lilli is worth the drive because you know they will do their best to give you their best.

I just got my hair colored by Bea. I had such an amazing experience! She gave me exactly what I wanted. She took the time to listen to my needs and showed close attention to detail. She is also so personable and professional. I feel like I made a new friend after seeing her. I will def be coming to see her again! Do yourself and your hair a favor and book with Bea!

I wander when it comes to getting my hair cut. I usually give a stylist three opportunities to cut my hair. If it just isn't a match, I do wander to other places. Let's face it. If your hair is not up to the par you set for it, you're having a huge number of VERY bad days! Lili is in the Galleria shopping center in Edina. I starting having William color my hair about 25 years ago. HE was amazing and knew what would work well for my early graying hair immediately. William was working for Roccos in the early yrs. Now, he owns and successfully runs his own salon, Lili.

The salon is stunning, has every beauty service that a body could want! Currently, I have had my hair cut there. Two stylists have had a go at my, now. white hair. The first was highly rated. It was the second year of Covid. I think general depression and Covid-itis encouraged me to say I wanted it short. The results were. memorable in a very bad way.

When I got home, my husband took a look and asked if I would be going back to the car to get my real hair?! Now? I'm seeing Neil. The gentleman GETS my hair. It's taken a yr to grow out my first styling choice. Happy to tell you that my hair is actually below my ears! Neil is patient, has a marvelous sense of humor and generally knows what's what regarding my hair.

I usually see him every two months. He's not the cheapest stylist, to be sure. But he has done a great job regarding getting my hair back in order, grown out. and with some styling thrown in. I highly recommend Neil.

I've been seeing Lori Anne since I started going to lilli. When I tell you she has transformed my hair to the most beautiful and healthy it has ever been, I'm being modest. I regularly have people compliment me on the color and look of my hair and my friends have noticed the vast improvement on how healthy my hair is. She is extremely talented at what she does and has an eye for giving you the best color and look you're going for.

Not only is she the most fantastic hair expert I've seen to date, she has the biggest heart and cares for her clients. Sitting down in Lori Anne's chair is the best decision you'll make:

I've been here multiple times. The girl I normally go to at a different salon is always booked out for months or taking a leave. So I get desperate. For the record I try to do my research - check reviews and look at pictures if I can find them. This last time was the official last time I go. I always request balayage - and always walk out not satisfied.

Usually can't tell there has been anything done and the tone is terrible - cut is always terrible. The last two times I had it cut it was very uneven. I don't bother to complain because if they don't get it right the first time why would I trust a second time? The girl I normally go to will foil my entire head and take her time - it always looks amazing.

Every time I've gone to Lili it's been a few foils. I have a lot of hair so a few foils get lost. Placement is terrible. This last time my hair looks very warm on top - then faded to a yellow and then it's almost purple towards the bottom. It's awful. I give up on Lili for hair. It is not worth 400-500+ To get it done. Nobody has an Instagram or any sort of profile page so I can't see their work I have to randomly guess by reviews and the very few pics I find on Facebook.

Maybe they are good for other services I don't know but I really haven't been impressed. I showed her a specific picture this last time and it shouldn't have been difficult to do I have easy hair to work with. It looks nothing like the photo. My biggest pet peeve when getting my hair done is when I can't tell anything has been done. I guess the only good thing is it shouldn't be too difficult to fix since there wasn't much done and what was done can be cut off since it's all on the bottom.

I'm scheduled with the girl I normally go to at a different salon - for Feb. in the meantime I'll have to deal with this horrible color. Can't say I would recommend going here. You will walk out broke and underwhelmed. And they rush. So far all appointments have been rushed.

The nice lady who was going to perm my hair magically got explosive diarrhea right when we were supposed to meet for my appointment. Idk if it's from the bad shrimp she ate for lunch across the hall at cov, or if she actually had the bubble guts. It could even be that she may have been intimidated to perm my hair since I'm a guy and the vibe I was getting in the place was 1000% feminine.

I wasn't expecting Tonic to do perms either. I get it. Yes I'm a guy. I have gotten a few perms before. Im Asian, it's normalized for dudes to get perms in my community, even in the Latino community it's normal. I will say though, there are some absolute rockets of the female specimen here as well. I even got a nice goodie bag when I checked in. I would probably come back just to hit on the dimes you have massaging your clients head.

First of all I don't normally Yelp. But I felt I needed to this time. I needed to be at work at 1130a. They were the only nail salon near me that opened at 10a so I could get a fill before I had to go to work. I arrived at the Galleria at 1001a. Called them immediately. Said they could fit me in. Walked around about 7 mins before I found them.

Due to poor directions given. When I got to front desk I was told told sorry we we wrong, she can not do gel nails. I asked what can she do? I was willing to do any type of nails. Nope nothing but a sorry, we can't help you. I am very disappointed.

Have had good haircuts and styles here. But probably will not return due to their overpriced and subpar nail department. I tried contacting the salon directly so they could try to turn me into a happy customer, but I received absolutely no response. I paid $170 with tip for a gel mani and pedi prior to going out of the country for two weeks and could not have been more disappointed.

My gel was chipping within two days, my cuticles were not even pushed back so my nails looked like they were grown out immediately and on my vacation I was having to scrub all the dry skin off my feet. I feel I shouldn't have to o that after a $100 pedicure. Cheaper salons do a better job for half the price.

Andrea is an absolutely incredible stylist. She was extremely helpful and gave me so many useful tips to manage my hair. She took her time with me and I seriously appreciate that. Unfortunately, I didn't listen to one of the reviews posted on Yelp earlier about Kaisa. My mom had her and although she was nice she rushed through the job. My mom said she wanted side swept bangs and she took her scissors, turned them side ways and just cut the front part of my mom's hair.

It was absolutely horrible so we went back in and I asked her to fix it. She did what she could to make it better but ultimately it does NOT look good. If we're paying for a service we don't want it to be rushed and done half way. I'm extremely disappointed with the way Kaisa did my mom's hair. I would absolutely not book her again.

Not even worth a visit. Horrible service. Went in for an updo - sleek straight high ponytail. The stylist Kaisa did not seem sincere at all with me, she asked me for hair binders and bobby pins when this is a SALON! Did not "think" certain parts of my hair should be straightened even though I have naturally curly hair and am asking for a straight hair updo?! Did not put any product in my hair.

Then had to audacity to get upset when I politely asked her to redo a section. Then to top it all off, as I was getting my makeup done she went over to her coworkers to bad mouth me. Overall piss poor job, wasn't worth the money. The only thing good about my visit was Robin, the artist who did my makeup which was great. She was sweet and super funny, practically turned my mood around before my event.

Tried to make an appointment with my stylist that moved to this salon. They said she wasn't certified in extensions even though she had done mine multiple times before. The gentleman that called to tell me she couldn't do it was actually mean to me and sounded annoyed. So rude!

I flew through MPLS and gave myself enough time to get a hair color correction at Lili. After months of travel and multiple Mis-colors from spokane to NY I landed in the capable hands of Robi Lynn. My bands of color are gone due to 74 highlight foils and my hair is amazing. It took a few hours to undo the mistakes over the past year but she knew exactly what to do and the end result is a beautiful shade of brown with sparkle in the sunlight. I am so pleased and appreciate what #William Anderson has created at #Lili salon and spa!

Go get pampered! Full disclosure I know one of the managers and she was sweet enough to include me in on the lesser priced evenings where the stylists hone their color skills. So you volunteer for whatever color, cut, or treatment they've just learned about and apply it to you! Now the stylists are amazing to begin with so I've never gone wrong. I've gone dark brown and red plus got a cute styled cut too. I'm all about the discounted price so even better.

The regular prices are a bit out of my budget, but for the quality it is so worth it! So much so I think I'm going to have to have Oliver cut my hair again at the end of this season. All of the stylists are so professional and knowledgeable. They have fantastic ideas and the chops to back it up! Just be aware of the prices before you make an appointment. It is in the Galleria after all. And then enjoy your gorgeous new do worth every penny!

We came here since we had $40 coupons and also Galleria gift cards from holiday event. My wife got an acme facial and I got a citrus facial. We were a little late but the front desk was great. My wife enjoyed the whole experience and I did too. It was my first facial but my wife has done several. I probably will not do another one but it was nice to share experience with my wife.

My facial specialist was nice to explain everything and also gave me a good shoulder massage. My wife said the same for her as well. Overall, we probably would come again if we had a similar promotion/offer.

Got a haircut at Lili's from Jessica. Loved the service but above all I loved my haircut. Jessica gave me haircut that I always wanted. Will definitely recommend Jessica and Lili Salon.

I visited a different salon on a Saturday and asked them to balyage my hair. I left the salon frustrated and let down at the sight of my hair (BEFORE PICTURES). I called Lili Salon, not knowing anything about them except they were open Sundays. Robi was able to get me in the next day to fix everything. Robi was extremely thorough in fixing my hair, spending 4 hours fixing the damage (AFTER PICTURES). She completely saved my hair! Lili Salon is now the only place I will visit!

Went there because it was a Sunday so my normal person was closed and I was leaving on business trip Monday. After 10 minutes I had her stop. She had no idea what she was doing and all I wanted was a just a clean up.an inch off and trim above ears.really simple. Good news is that the person at the front desk looked at my hair cut and told me I did not have to pay for it. I am sure she is not a bad person but if you are not qualified you should not be cutting people's hair.

I was a bit worried when I booked here because I wasn't sure if "Jason" could handle my hair. I almost cancelled my appointment but decided to go ahead and 'chance 'em ( a local Hawaiian slang we use in the islands). You see I don't have your normal hair - I have Full Polynesian wavy long hair that could make several hair wigs! Jason knows his hair and He did exactly what I needed - deep conditioning, fix my grays, and Massage the heck out of my scalp that really helps stimulate the scalp.

For every Polynesian who lives in The Minneapolis area, if you need hair coloring, deep conditioning, or whatever you need done to your hair, ask for Jason and he will take care of your lovely locks! You see with all my hair I'm also tender headed so I told him and he handled my hair with TLC. I got the hair color & Keratase level 1 treatment & Booster. Great service! Faafetai Jason! Emily was great! As a guy With long hair I tend to neglect it and let it get a bit wild. She tamed the wild monster. She gave me tips/tricks to help with every day management as well! I will definitely be going back to her!

I've been needing a hair cut in over 4 months and saw on Groupon that Lili Salon was offering a hair package deal! I went with the Galleria location for convenience. First time I called the salon to make my appointment the receptionist was very helpful and was able to accommodate me. I then later called to have my service at a different time and date; the receptionist however told me that they do have a ten - fifteen minute late policy/allowance.

I requested the 2:30 pm appointment and told her I'd be there on time or a hair past the time since I was getting close to the salon. She replies "uhm, it's 2:30 pm right now." When it was only 2:28 pm and she just told me of their policy. I wasn't too thrilled with her tone towards me. At least I gave the salon a heads up. Rolled into the salon at 2:31 pm and guess what I didn't get checked in right away and I was seated to wait for my stylist, so I didn't think getting there right at 2:30 pm should have been such a big deal.

My stylist was Orville - very nice, attentive and he listened very carefully to my requests/preferences. I must say this was probably one of the slowest haircuts I've ever had in my life - not that that's a bad thing but he was very careful, accurate and detail oriented. But it was just a little slow to me cause I'm use to past stylists getting right in there and clipping right away.

Also I didn't mind that he wasn't as chatty as most stylists - again not a bad thing that just means people get in the zone or are focusing on their work. Also I was a little surprised that he didn't ask which way I part my hair, I know that's a common haircut question. Fast forward 2 hours later, my hair turned out very nice! I just asked for reshaping and cleaning of the ends! Orville enhanced what I currently had going on!

So kudos to Orville on the result of the haircut! Checking out was no problem and the many other receptionists were diligent and polite; asking how was my experience. Do I recommend the Groupon deal - YES! Marie is great! The salon is convenient enough and okay, but if you go, ask for Marie. She is really consultative, does beautiful color and works with you to get your best cut and color.
