Shellac manicure started chipping on day 3. It looked great but it did not last at all. I believe because the technician lady filed my nails around edges and broke the seal. Very disappointing

This was my first visit and I absolutely love this place. Everybody is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Henry is the best he did a great job on my nails and I have gotten so many compliments on them. Tracey did an AMAZING job on my eyebrows as well. So far I have no complaints about this place. Went right as they opened with an appointment. Took 3 hours to get a pedicure and ombre powder full set. On top of everything they didn't even glue my nail to the tip correctly so I went back so they could fix their mistake the owner called me difficult. A simple full set took them nearly 2 and a half hours! With nothing but 1 other customer there doing a color change! That was absolutely ridiculous. While in there the nail tech went off, yelling at one of her employees and at some random lady that walked in. Their customer service is very poor, especially for a place that just opened up. I'm not even happy with my nails I wanted to just leave because I didn't see why I needed to even pay due to so much time being wasted there. Also, it was annoying having to move back and forth from one chair to the next.
And the nail tech Trina or Tina that did my nails is rough, kept yanking my hand and fingers, left me two cuts and my index finger hurts from her being so rough when shaping the nail. Never going back and highly DO NOT recommend.

Went in there, asked if there was a walk-in, I was told not at all & i was sat waiting at the pedi chair for a good 15-20 minutes till i asked about it & was started on. It was so uncomfortable in the way that i had 3 people work on my pedicure. one would go work on someone else and have someone come and finish off, it was ANNOYING.you come in here to relax EVEN if you're in a hurry, you still want the work & process to be consistent. the ladies/employees there are super noisy and insist on getting other services done when all you come in is for a pedi. never again.
