I called back in December to ask some questions about guy services(waxes) They answered every question I had and was very polite. So I went this past week for a Brazilian wax. The staff was very friendly and respectful to me and made sure I was comfortable and ok with everything. I'm very pleased with the service I received and booked my next appointment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! I'm definitely going too be a repeat customer!

Best salon around! I go to Jenn for my hair and pedicures and she is great! No matter what you go for, you will always have a great experience. Everyone is friendly and knows their customers by name.

We came for a massage and pedicure/manicure. There is simply too much talking to be a spa-like atmosphere. After the massage, they should have walked the client down to get water, etc. The pedicure was awful. The water was cold, and I was freezing. And then a repair guy shows up talking loudly. Although the stylist tried to wipe my legs with warm towels, I was very uncomfortable and freezing She slapped on the polish. Thankfully, I had used my own so I could touch up the areas that she did not cover.
She left big splotches on my skin. I think I have gotten an infection on my big toe which has never happened to me. I should have been offered some discount for the unpleasant situation. I would not recommend this place at all. I will never go back.

Ashley, Melissa and staff are always pleasant and accommodating. They always do their best to make their clients feel pampered! After being a client for over 10 years, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
