A credit card is required to be kept on file to book any appointment. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled, a $20 fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Deposits to hold an appointment are non refundable. The deposit can NOT be transferred to another booking. Purchased Gift Certificates may be redeemed for services or products - and balances can be carried over.
