Christina is highly knowledgeable. She is very professional and makes you feel very comfort during each appointment. I got extensions to help while I was growing out a bad haircut. Since I never had extensions before, Christina showed me what I needed to do to take care of my extensions and how to better care for my natural hair as well. When the extensions were taken out, my hair was healthier then before I had the extensions. I am extremely pleased with my experience and will never trust anyone else with my hair.

I had felt self-conscious about my hair for years, but Christina changed all of that in about 3 hours. She was professional, knowledgeable, and so much fun to chat with. She also took the time to explain the process and teach me how to better take care of my hair at home to keep it healthier. Best salon to for hair extensions on the east coast! The dc area is incredibly lucky to have someone as knowledgeable, talented and caring as CJ. Her work is amazing. I started going to CJ 12 years ago after hair loss from a ongoing health issue. What impressed me from the start was her knowledge of my disease and why l had the hair loss. The transformation for my hair is awesome. She also is very meticulous and careful to avoid any damage to your hair. The vibe in the salon is super positive and relaxing. It's just a beautiful place! So if you want to get hair extensions and live near Maryland - the only place to go is Studio She!

Your lucky if Christina even shows up for appointments. On 3 different occasions she forgot that we had appointments and always has an excuse as to why it's a new system or someone's else's fault. Forgets conversations and seems aloof most of the times. Good luck with this one.

Christina is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I've been traveling 45 minutes to see her for well over a year now. Every time I walk out of her salon, I feel amazing. Not only does she make me feel beautiful, but the time in her chair is both refreshing and therapeutic. I'm honored to not only call her my stylist, but a friend as well.

CJ is the best hair stylist I've ever been to. I've always had trouble with my hair pulling gold/red undertones and changing colors shortly after getting it done. I've also always had problematic hair, being thin and fine. CJ was able to take away my insecurities by giving me consistent, awesome, color, as well as extensions. Overall, Studio She is the best salon I've ever been to, as far as feeling welcome and like the staff actually cares about how I feel about myself. Best hair salon, hands down. A+++

Christina was able to get me in on a busy Mother's Day weekend to get ready for my son's wedding. Cute, clean studio and I was so pleased with the results! I didn't expect my appointment to be fun, but it was! Christina gave me a beautiful blowout and expertly utilized a fancy hair clip I brought to match my dress. She then air brushed beautiful foundation, and Meghan completed my makeup perfectly. What a wonderful experience, wish I looked close to that nice every day! Thanks so very much ladies, you made me look and feel great!

My hairstylist is Amanda. Once I made the mistake of seeing some one else, what a big mistake. Amanda is the best, she is very talented, warm, friendly and compassionate. I always leave feeling better. Its a lovely little studio/salon but what makes it special is Amanda!

I love the Studio She! I followed my hairdresser Amanda to this new salon and just love it, it's in quaint old town Frederick and I've never had problems with parking. The salon is very nicely decorated and very comfortable, I love all the mirrors and the big windows. I just get my haircut here, but I know they provide a ton of other services. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone!

I would love to give 5 stars but I'm not a candidate for hair extensions at this salon. My hair is super curly and tight curls at that. The hair available to the owner doesn't match mine and I guess hair that does match mine is either hard to find or unavailable. Christina the owner was very kind and personable during our consultation and her salon is so cute. I'll need to keep researching where in DMV I can get curly extensions that's not a weave. It would be nice to go to Studio She because I literally live 2 blocks away. In any case, I may go in sometime for lashes when an occasion calls!

My Amanda is fantastic! I was experiencing hair lose, two years ago, when I first came to her. She had knowledge and expert advice to slap my hair into shape. Before going to Studio She, I'd been researching hair extensions which I was certain that I'd wanted as I prepare for the Mrs. Maryland International pageant. Christina was very honest with me in telling me that she felt that this was not the best option for me. It says a lot about a business when they would rather do right by you than take your money. It meant a lot to me. She could have tried to talk me into doing something outside of my budget for her own benefit, but she did not.

This is a testament to her business integrity. One of the many things about our great city of Frederick is businesses like this! While I was there, I was watching Christina put hair extensions in another young lady who was seated next to me. When she was done, it looked completely like her hair from top to bottom. Further, Christina was giving her great instructions as to how to take care of her hair. I know that there are a few businesses in Frederick but if you have thin hair or are needing/wanting more voluminous locks, see Christina!

Studio She is absolutely amazing! They are up to date of what is new with hair from beautiful extensions, keratin treatments and amazing color. I followed Amanda from her previous salon because she is that good. Even though it is further for me to drive, it is well worth it. Not only is she good with cuts, color and keratin she is an amazing person to talk with while getting your hair done. I can't stand getting my hair done (and I have to go often) but the atmosphere there is amazing.

It makes you feel like you are hanging out with your girlfriends. Through Amanda, I met the incredible C.J.who does extensions like no other. I am in love with my hair thanks to the two of these ladies. Anyone who knows me knows that is the highest compliment as I have very difficult hair. Give them a try. you will not regret it!

Christina is amazing! I had the YUMI Lash Lift done yesterday for the first time. My lashes have never looked so beautifully long and gorgeous. I can always count on her to make me feel relaxed in her environment with her soothing voice and friendly atmosphere. I also had my roots colored and had another appointment to see her to brighten my purple highlights next week. My hair always looks beautiful when she is finished and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend her!

I visited studio she today for lash extension fill. After 4 weeks from my initial lash extensions I needed a fill. Yes, you read that properly, 4 weeks! I only waited this long due to a schedule conflict, but my lashes held their own. I've gone to studio she for years and will continue to. Great service and amazing quality!

I ordered extentions online back in December. The extensions I had ordered said that they were in stock, but after a month of not hearing anything about shipping, I sent out an email just checking in. I got an automated response back, not giving me any information. It is now April and I have left numerous messages asking for some kind of information on either when will they finally be shipped out or to ask for a refund. I saw that my message had been "seen" on Facebook, but yet again STILL no response. They might be great in person, but apparently their online customers are not as important

Christina is amazing! I came to her over almost three years ago as a color client. I wasn't even aware of her extension work. Crazy, I know! It was definitely fate, and no less a miracle, that I walked through Studio She's doors. After having babies, going through severe stress, and being diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, my once naturally thick head of hair had turned into very thin, breakable, and lifeless hair that wouldn't grow. Christina warmly embraced my potential and gave me a gorgeous head of hair in less than an hour.

Who knew that a couple of strands of added hair would make such a difference? I truly felt like I became myself for the first time ever thanks to the amazing talent and genuine kindness of Christina. Truly, there is nowhere else I would go. After hiding my fine, thin hair for years I reached out to Christina to see what options, if any, I had. Well, needless to say, she is a miracle worker. With less than 50 extensions, she gave me a full head of long, gorgeous hair. Christina transformed my look, my outlook, and my confidence. I am still amazed by the results and recommend her with every fabric of my being. If you are in a similar situation, there are options - meet with Christina to discuss them and see what she can do for you. She honestly changed my life for the better in less than 2 hours.

I've called 3 times, once the voice mailbox was full, once I was able to leave a message, and once I hung up. I did not receive any call backs yet. It's disappointing because the reviews are good and I'm really trying to find a place to get my first extensions. Hopefully I get a call back and I can update this review to 5 stars.
