I go to Gracey and she is absolutely fantastic! She is truly a professional - very meticulous in her work and always makes sure I am satisfied before I leave. Very personable and the other staff members are very welcoming and helpful. I enjoy coming here. Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring

I made my appointment with Caitlin for roots and highlights. The process was done incorrectly as the paper foil moved thus leaving marks in my hair. I did not noticed it immediately until I got home. I called the same day and I scheduled an appointment the following week to get it corrected. Instead of correcting the problem, it became worse as they did not eliminated the marks. They made my bangs yellow and upon arriving home I noticed that my hair was burned. At the end of the appointment, she attended another client without checking on me to see if I was satisfied or if the original problem was fixed. In fact, it was worse. I don't recommend

I go consistently not only because they always provide an impeccable haircut but they are extremely professional. They actually make you feel like family. These people know what they're doing! Every single person I interacted with was an expert in their own field, from colorists to hair washers to blow dryers. I was thrilled with the way my hair turned out and it is mainly because they listen, they truly make an effort to understand your needs and they apply their expertise to give you the best alternative for your desired result. I will definitely be coming back.
