Graciela combined her degree in business from U of I with training and passion for cosmetology to bring the latest in services and product selection to Hair Base. Her involvement in local, state, and national associations earned her the "Pillar of Accomplishment" award from the Professional Beauty Association in recognition of outstanding service and contributions to the industry.
