Today 9/15/2020 was my first time coming here, and let me tell you that I absolutely love it! My daughter and I had our haircut by Barbara and she did a super amazing job! We will definitely be coming back.

Booked an appointment with Horizon and was 7 minutes late as I went to their old location. They cancelled the appointment saying it's only a 15 minute appointment for each haircut, which does not feel right in itself. Do not go here for haircuts and waste your time. Find a better place which can be more accommodating.
