Called to make a consult appointment for my mom 3 weeks ago and they gave me an appointment and when she arrived they said She had no appointment and who I talked to? I said someone who answered your phone i don't remember the name and I confirmed the number I called. I asked if She could be accommodated since She had to find a ride to be there. But they couldn't.the man said he can't work 24 hours a day and let me give you other places you can go to, I'm not sure who he was but if I was an owner that would make me so mad for sending business away for a mistake that was done by their team unless that's how they run the business.
My advise make sure to get a name of who you talk to when booking especially if your new and to never trust the person who answers until you get a confirmation. Very disappointing and broke my moms heart which makes me sad.

I had an appointment today with Nikki, everyone at PK Walsh is amazing! Being 30 years old with cancer losing my hair is the hardest part. John answered all of my phone calls and questions and reassured me to call if I have any more questions or concerns. He was so flexible and accommodating with information and scheduling! Wendy at the front desk was so sweet and prepared me with all the information I needed to help submit to insurance. Nikki was fantastic! She educated me on wigs and made me feel heard. She and her staff treated me like family! I'm so looking forward to working with you all more!

Visited for a scalp issue - Nikki was very knowledgeable about the issue and empathetic to my situation. It took a few visits and trying a few different options to find something that is working. The office was very clean, Covid protocols are in place. Each customer is treated in a private room - which made me feel good knowing that others wouldn't over hear my situation. The building itself is a lovely office building with plenty of parking.

I love PK Walsh so much! All of the staff there are amazing, and I absolutely love my wig. As a person who has Alopecia, I would recommend to anyone who is experiencing any hair loss and searching for a wig. I have had an amazing experience with them.

My grandmother and mother both suffered with hair loss after menopause. When my hair began to thin, panic was my first emotion. Nikki and the staff at PK Walsh have been fabulous to work with and my new hair gets nothing but compliments! I highly recommend them!
