Monica has been styling and coloring my hair for 5-6 years. What I love most is the dialogue and how she listens to my ideas and then suggests what she thinks will work best for my hair, face shape, personality, etc. It's always a collaborative process and in the end I always trust her judgment. She's talented, meticulous and committed to making sure I'm delighted with the end result. And I am! I highly recommend Monica and this little gem of a salon in West Springfield.

Donald, one of the owners, cut my hair and he did a great job! I went in with a style that wasn't working for me and he spent time asking questions and figuring out what I wanted and making sure we were understanding each other. This was my first time at Positive Imagine and I will absolutely be going back! I love my haircut, I couldn't be more pleased.

Including before pics so you can truly understand the miracle that took place here Can't say enough good things about this place! The receptionist was really helpful and went out of her way to set up haircuts for both me and my sister last minute, day of. Fabiola was our stylist and she did a fantastic job on both of us. I came in with hair bleached a total of 6 times and at least 3 different tones/shades on my head so my hair was in rough shape.

She had the woman washing my hair(I didn't get her name but she was really nice and was gentle with and took good care of my hair) use a blue shampoo to get the brass out and after the deep conditioning treatment and the haircut my hair was soft, strong-looking and as even-toned as it was possible to be. My hair feels light and gorgeous and I love it
