In 1972, Philip Ciampa emerged on the beauty scene and quickly became a leader in the hair industry. Recognized for his creativity, his work started to grace the pages of popular magazines all over the country. In 1980, Ciampa's talent earned him second place at Clairol's national hair competition, and by 1985, Ciampa was selected by product mogul L'Oreal to be on an elite panel of industry experts. A man of integrity and talent, Ciampa later was awarded 'Entrepreneur of the Year' and he has grown his empire to four locations just north of Boston, MA.
