What a great place for a men's haircut, especially from Breonna! A great atmosphere. Unlike the old barber shops or Gucci-new places that charges extra to trim the back of the neck. Everyone at Visual Effects is friendly. I recommend them 100%!

So I have been going to this stylist who has a station at visual affects for several years. She is very good at her job. I was shocked when I went to make an appointment and she told me in a nice way to go find a different stylist. Unsure of the reason, she won't say. The only bad interaction we have had has been that my daughter did not like a hair coloring she did. Neither here nor there, that had nothing to do with me.
I'm a nurse who doesn't get a lot of time off and I hadn't been able to get in for months. I finally get a break and she tells me go find someone else, no notice. In my opinion not very professional behavior.

Critical: Professionalism I have called three times to make an appointment and had to leave a voicemail and someone would get back to me. At this time no one has responded back to me. I guess my business as a new customer is not wanted. I will find someone else to do my hair even though you were highly recommended by a friend
